Syed Us Sadaat Foundation having a legacy of helping poor and Needy since 1985 has covered many milestones and has reached stage where:
- It is supporting near about 350 families on monthly basis.
- Has a well established Healthcare wing that helps poor patients.
- Runs a Self-Help Sewing Centre for poor and orphan girls .
- Provides financial assistance for the marriage of poor and orphan girls.
- Provides Entrepreneurship and Self-Employment support to poor and orphan youth.
- Runs a school which provides free education to 60% of its roll (Poor and Orphan Students)
- Has an Educare Department that sponsors Education and Skill development of meritorious poor and orphan students.
- Responds to Emergency situations and Natural Disasters.
While in Covid -19 pandemic ,Hospitals of Anantnag and Kulgam district were provided PPEs,Masks,Soaps ,Sanitizers,Installed Hand Wash points in GMC Anantnag and repaired filtration plant - Sustained 1502 families during pandemic with online funds and provided food kits to 1450 families.
- During Heavy Snowfall we fed patients in GMC Anantnag and MCH Anantnag with food clothes and medicine.We also fed nomads and stranded drivers on National Highway.

In our society there are such people who hardly make both ends meet and often spend their lives even below the normal standard and poverty line. The born members of the Foundation felt this aspect of the society and were taken to help such people without any discretion whatsoever. Having this particular concept the born members created a trust in the name and style of “SYED-US-SADAAT FOUNDATION” in the year 1985 and the Foundation started its functioning on permanent basis. The Foundation in its initial stage functioned to provide only financial assistance to the poor, orphans and other deserving sections of the society but simultaneously spread its wings and started also to provide basic education to children of the area by creating an Institute and Darasgah in its owned building.
First of all the Foundation was functioning in a rented room provided by Intizamia Committee Masjid Shareef Kaankaah-E-Maula Hazrat Ameer Kabeer Mir Syed Ali Hamadani (R.A) and finally shifted in its owned building at Malaknag Islamabad. We are very much thankful to Khawaja Ghulam Mohiuddin Teeli S/O : Khawaja Muhammad Sultan Teeli R/O : Malaknag Islamabad Anantnag for his highly religious and social spirits who donated his residential building with land underneath to the Foundation and it was only then possible to construct a concrete three storey building on the said piece of land after demolishing the old one. Thank GOD, the Foundation is now fully functioning in its owned building. We are also thankful to the residents of the area who all with their religious and social spirits made it possible for the members of the Foundation to run the Foundation in a smooth way by making their financial contributions.
